Wreaths Across America funds programs to Remember, Honor, and Teach, in part by coordinating wreath laying ceremonies at Arlington, as well as veterans’ cemeteries in Georgia and other locations in all 50 states. Please consider making a donation using the WAYS TO DONATE button to help raise funds for placing wreaths on the graves who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
Starting in 2007 the Knights of Columbus began a relationship with “Wreaths across America”. What began as the laying of wreaths on our fallen heroes’ graves at Arlington National Cemetery 7 years ago has grown into a nationwide event, involving thousands of volunteers at national cemeteries across the country.
In 2014, Wreaths Across America and our national network of volunteers laid over 2 million memorial wreaths at over 900 locations in the United States and beyond. We were able to include ceremonies at the Pearl Harbor Memorial, as well as Bunker Hill, Valley Forge and the sites if the September 11 tragedies. We accomplished this with help from over 1000 fundraising groups, corporate contributions, and donations of trucking, shipping, and thousands of helping hands.
